Petar Ratkov linked with Levante and Toulouse amid Lazio exit
Lazio striker Petar Ratkov has become surplus to requirements in Rome as the club seeks to offload the player to fund new signings. Despite a contract running until June 2030, the 22-year-old Serbian forward has struggled to secure a place in the starting lineup under manager Gennaro Gattuso, who has indicated that the player's profile does not fit his tactical vision.
While Sevilla was previously heavily linked with a move for Ratkov, reports indicate the Spanish club has pivoted its interest toward RB Leipzig's Conrad Harder instead. This shift presents a challenge for Lazio, who had hoped to use funds from a Ratkov sale to pursue Harder.
However, several other clubs remain interested in the striker. Levante has emerged as a frontrunner in the race for his signature, while Toulouse is also considered a primary candidate. Other potential suitors mentioned in recent reports include Sevilla and Levante, as clubs look to bolster their attacking options before the transfer window closes.
