Inter Milan has confirmed that midfielder Petar Sucic will remain at the club, rejecting transfer offers in the €35‑40 million range from English Premier League sides Newcastle United and Leeds United. Both English clubs have identified the 22‑year‑old Croatian as a target to strengthen their midfield, with reports that they are prepared to spend up to €40 million.

Sucic, who joined Inter from Dinamo Zagreb, scored four goals and contributed four assists in his debut Serie A season and is seen as a long‑term asset by the Italian champions.
