Pete Davidson and Colin Jost to host comedy event on Staten Island Ferry

Comedians Pete Davidson and Colin Jost are transforming the historic John F. Kennedy Staten Island Ferry, which they purchased in 2022, into a temporary floating comedy club. In collaboration with Snapple, the event will be branded as the ‘Snapple Island Ferry’ and is scheduled to take place on September 17.

The one-night-only event will depart from Pier 17 in Lower Manhattan and will feature 60-minute sets from rising comedy stars. The show is produced by The Stand Group. Attendees will have access to Snapple beverages and snacks while viewing the New York City skyline.

Tickets for the free event will be released daily at 3 p.m. EST between September 3 and September 8. Davidson commented on the unconventional nature of the venture, stating, ‘Turning the ferry into a floating comedy club with Snapple makes more sense than anything else we considered, and it still doesn't make much sense.’
