Peter Cetera celebrates 82nd birthday

American singer, songwriter, and bassist Peter Cetera is celebrating his 82nd birthday. Known for his distinctive tenor voice, Cetera rose to global prominence as the lead vocalist for the rock band Chicago between 1967 and 1985.

During his tenure with Chicago, the group sold over 20 million records worldwide, with hits such as ‘If You Leave Me Now’ earning the band a Grammy Award. Following his departure from the group, Cetera established a successful solo career.
