Peter Obi donates N10m to Kogi nursing school laboratory

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, has donated N10 million to support the establishment of a Skills Laboratory Centre at Grimard College of Nursing Sciences in Ayingba, Kogi State.

During a visit to the institution on August 15, Obi noted that his previous intervention, which provided a school bus for student clinical placements, helped the college retain its accreditation. He stated that the new donation aims to bolster the school's ability to train healthcare professionals. Obi emphasized the necessity of investing in education and healthcare to achieve sustainable national development and improved quality of life for citizens.
