Crotone beach establishment license suspended for 15 days

The Questore of Crotone, Renato Panvino, has ordered a 15-day suspension of the license for a beach establishment and its associated food and beverage services. This decision follows a request from the Carabinieri after targeted inspections aimed at preventing risks to public order and safety.

Investigators found that the facility was frequently visited by individuals with multiple criminal records, some of whom are believed to be linked to local organized crime groups. The authorities determined that the habitual presence of these individuals posed a serious danger to public peace and tranquility. The suspension is a preventive measure intended to stop the establishment from becoming a regular meeting place for criminals and to prevent further offenses during the busy summer season.
