Petit Le Mans features special liveries for IMSA season finale
The IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship concludes this weekend with the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta, featuring several teams utilizing special commemorative or charitable liveries.
Manthey Racing will debut an orange livery on its Porsche 911 GT3 R to support cancer research, including a 50,000 euro donation to the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and the Austin Hatcher Foundation. AO Racing will also run themed designs, including a Halloween-inspired skeleton livery for its Rexy Porsche.
Other notable entries include Ford Racing, which is running a black and bronze livery to honor the 125th anniversary of Henry Ford’s Sweepstakes racing car. Additionally, Riccardo Agostini will compete for Triarsi Competizione in a Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo, while Filipe Albuquerque aims for a podium finish with Wayne Taylor Racing in a Cadillac.
