Petrer City Council approves building ordinance modification

The Petrer City Council has provisionally approved Modification No. 16 of the Municipal Building Police Ordinance. This amendment introduces Article 23 bis, which establishes specific conditions for changing the use of existing buildings to residential purposes.

The modification is now subject to a 30-day public exhibition period. During this time, interested parties may examine the documentation at municipal offices or via the official City Council website to submit any necessary claims or allegations. If no claims are filed within this period, the modification will be considered definitively approved.
