Petrobras hosts Pisos Elevados Brasil for civil engineering workshop

Pisos Elevados Brasil participated as a guest speaker at the Civil Engineering Workshop organized by Petrobras and the Petrobras University in Rio de Janeiro. The event, held on September 9 and 10, brought together engineers, architects, and technicians from various regions of the company.

Bruno Nakamura, co-founder of Pisos Elevados Brasil, presented technical details regarding raised floor systems, including plate types, specification criteria, report inspection, labor contracting, and current industry standards. The presentation was broadcast live to ensure accessibility for professionals in different company units.

The invitation followed an initial engagement at Expo Revestir 2026, where Petrobras professionals visited the company's booth. During the workshop, Nakamura emphasized that material selection should be guided by the functionality of the space rather than solely by technical standards, covering various materials such as steel, granite, porcelain, and glass.
