Petrobras offers 200 free professional training spots in Rio de Janeiro

The Autonomia e Renda Program, promoted by Petrobras, is offering 200 free professional qualification vacancies in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The courses focus on training for the oil and gas sectors.

Applications are open until October 5, 2026. The program provides monthly stipends, with regular amounts at R$ 660. Mothers with children up to 11 years old are eligible for an increased stipend of R$ 858. Additionally, food assistance is provided to support students during their training.

The vacancies are distributed across four cities in Rio de Janeiro: Macaé, Campos dos Goytacazes, Duque de Caxias, and Vila Isabel. Training will take place at SENAI units managed by Firjan. To qualify, candidates must be at least 18 years old, meet specific educational requirements, reside in areas covered by Petrobras units, and meet socioeconomic vulnerability criteria.
