PETRONAS launches global AgriExpert service network in Brazil

PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) has launched its global service network, PETRONAS AgriExpert, debuting its first unit in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The initiative is designed to enhance maintenance standards and technical expertise within the agricultural sector by partnering with independent workshops and service centers.

The program aims to support over 140,000 independent agricultural workshops worldwide. By providing advanced technical knowledge and specialized support, the network seeks to help farmers maximize the performance, reliability, and lifespan of their machinery. Brazil was selected as the launch market due to the significant year-on-year growth of PETRONAS Arbor, a specialized line of lubricants for agricultural machinery.

Agro FR/Mecânica do João, located in Marau, has been named the first partner workshop to integrate the AgriExpert network. Rogério Lüdorf, CEO of Americas for PLI, stated that the launch represents a step toward consolidating specialized services by bringing global standardization and operational excellence to the core of agribusiness.
