Petroperú board meets with investors to discuss financial roadmap

The new board of directors of Petroperú held a conference call to present the company’s second-quarter 2026 results to investors, creditors, financial institutions, and market analysts. The session was led by Board President Oliver Stark, alongside Vice President Carlos Linares and General Manager Luis Suárez, with participation from ProInversión representatives.

Stark stated that the board’s objective is to transform the company into a more solid, predictable, and sustainable entity by strengthening management discipline and decision-making processes. The board is implementing a roadmap focused on financial strengthening, operational optimization, and the consolidation of modern corporate governance standards.

Management also presented updates regarding the company’s comprehensive reorganization process and its operational, financial, and commercial performance. Stark emphasized that recovering market confidence through transparency and accountability is a fundamental goal of the current administration.
