Journalist Petros Kousoulos recently discussed his personal life, including his divorce and his current marriage, during a video podcast hosted by Chrisla Georgakopoulou.
Kousoulos described his relationship with his former wife, Olga Zarifopoulou, as excellent, noting that they follow a “Swedish model” of co-parenting to prioritize the well-being of their two children. He reflected on the emotional difficulties of his divorce, which was finalized in June 2022, stating that while the financial aspect was not the issue, the emotional impact on both parties was significant.
Regarding his current marriage, Kousoulos stated that he would not have remarried if it were not for his wife, Evangelia Garani. He mentioned that it took seven months of pursuit to win her over. The couple celebrated a religious wedding in October 2024 in a small ceremony surrounded by family.
