Petros Lagoutis discusses career and parenting on Studio 4

Greek actor Petros Lagoutis appeared on the program ‘Studio 4’ to discuss his acting career and his experiences as a parent. He spoke about his early professional steps and his pride in his two sons, Dimitris and Giorgos.

Lagoutis noted that when his son Dimitris decided to pursue acting, he and his former partner, Myrto Alikaki, made sure to explain the professional requirements and the difficulties of the craft, emphasizing that the profession requires ‘a strong stomach.’ He expressed that his primary goal is for his children to find their own paths and be happy, regardless of their choices.

Reflecting on parenting, Lagoutis shared that while parents strive to be impeccable role models, he believes that is an impossibility. He emphasized the importance of guiding children with maturity while allowing them the freedom to make their own decisions.
