Petrosino to Host Third 'Voci dal Mediterraneo' Festival in August 2026

The town of Petrosino in Sicily will host the third edition of the International Italian Song Festival “Voci dal Mediterraneo” from 7 to 9 August 2026. The three‑night event will take place in Piazza Biscione, with free admission and a programme that mixes performances by established artists such as Aleandro Baldi and the duo Jalisse with emerging talent.

The festival is organized by Musicultura Eventi and Mediterranean Label under the artistic direction of Massimo Galfano. The municipal administration, represented by Mayor Giacomo Anastasi, the council president Aldo Caradonna and vice‑president Francesca Marino, endorsed the event at a press conference on 30 July. A jury chaired by composer Adriano Pennino will evaluate new songs, while the media and radio outlets will cover the performances. The initiative aims to promote Italian music abroad and showcase Petrosino’s cultural, culinary and tourism assets.
