Petsfestival 2026 opens at CremonaFiere

The 13th edition of Petsfestival, Italy’s largest all-pet event, has commenced at CremonaFiere. Spanning over 26,000 square meters with more than 200 exhibition stands, the event focuses on animal welfare, knowledge, and interaction.

Key highlights from the opening include operational demonstrations by various units, including the Carabinieri K9 Unit, Guardia di Finanza, UCIS, and Civil Protection. A notable performance featured Leo, a two-and-a-half-year-old black Labrador from the Carabinieri K9 Unit of Orio al Serio, who demonstrated drug detection skills during a simulated vehicle search.

Other attractions include water rescue demonstrations by the Scuola Italiana Cani di Salvataggio, equestrian areas, and dedicated spaces for alpacas, birds of prey, and small animals. The event also features aquatic displays such as the Guppy Parade and Betta Show, alongside professional grooming consultations.
