Peugeot launches 208 Style special edition in Argentina
Peugeot has launched the 208 Style, a new special edition of its popular hatchback in Argentina. The model is based on the Allure AT version and features the T200 turbo engine from Stellantis, which produces 120 CV and 200 Nm of torque. This engine utilizes a turbocharger with an electronic wastegate, direct fuel injection, and the MultiAir III system for improved efficiency.
The 208 Style is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.4 seconds and is paired with a seven-speed CVT automatic transmission. Aesthetic updates include 16-inch glossy black alloy wheels, a matching rear spoiler, EcoLED headlights, and an orange “Style” emblem on the C-pillar. Interior enhancements include a synthetic-wrapped steering wheel and black finishes on the roof, sun visors, and pillars.
Produced at the El Palomar plant, the Peugeot 208 has seen over 280,000 units manufactured since its debut. In 2026, the model held a 27.6% share of its segment. The new Style edition has a launch price of $40,800,000 in the Argentine market.
