Peugeot updates vehicle lineup with new Allure Plus and GT Plus trims

Peugeot has announced a significant update to its vehicle lineup, introducing new Allure Plus and GT Plus trim levels to replace the existing Allure and GT versions. This reorganization spans several models, including the 208, 2008, 308, 408, 3008, and 5008.

The update aims to increase competitiveness by adding more standard technology, safety, and comfort features. Depending on the specific model and version, the value of the added equipment is estimated to reach up to 1,750 euros. Additionally, the company is expanding its connected services; for vehicles with standard or optional navigation, the Connect Plus subscription duration will increase from six months to four years.

Specific model enhancements include:

• 208 and 2008: The Allure Plus adds a rearview camera, keyless entry/start, and a tire repair kit. The GT Plus adds connected navigation, wireless smartphone charging, and Highway Assist 1.0.

• 308 and 408: The Allure Plus versions incorporate features such as keyless entry, front parking sensors, and wireless charging. The GT Plus trims focus on advanced driver assistance, including lane change assist, blind spot monitoring, and rear traffic alerts.

• 3008 and 5008: These models feature updates to the i-Cockpit interface.
