Pfadfindergilde Cosmas und Damian visits Hagen museum

The Pfadfindergilde Cosmas und Damian, part of the Verband Deutscher Altpfadfindergilden e. V. (VDAPG), conducted an inclusive Pentecost trip to Hagen, Germany. The group of ten participants traveled from Essen to visit the Karl Ernst Osthaus Museum.

During the visit, the group attended a guided tour conducted in ‘simple language’ to facilitate adult education. The tour covered the history of the museum and its connection to the Museum Folkwang in Essen, noting that the original collection in Hagen was moved to Essen in 1922, requiring the Hagen museum to rebuild its collection over time.
