pferdewetten. de AG appoints Frank Hartmann as CFO and Co-CEO

The Supervisory Board of Düsseldorf-based pferdewetten. de AG has appointed Frank Hartmann to the Board of Management, effective January 1, 2027. Hartmann will serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Co-CEO, leading the company alongside Christian Gruber.

In his new role, Hartmann will oversee finance and controlling, compliance, legal affairs, and investor relations. He will begin supporting the company in an advisory capacity in mid-November 2026 before officially joining the board at the start of 2027.

Hartmann is a certified banking specialist with a career that includes roles at Deutsche Bank and Payone GmbH, where he served as managing director and CFO from 2014 to 2024. He also played a role in the IPO of net mobile AG.
