PNE AG lowers 2026 earnings guidance due to project delays
PNE AG, a renewable energy developer, has lowered its EBITDA guidance for the 2026 financial year. The company now expects EBITDA to be between EUR 60 million and EUR 75 million, and normalised EBITDA between EUR 65 million and EUR 80 million.
The downward revision is attributed to timing issues, including delayed transaction processes and permitting procedures that are expected to push certain project realizations into 2027. Additionally, the company has decided to retain several operational wind farms in its own generation portfolio that were previously intended for sale.
Despite the lowered outlook, PNE AG reported strong operational performance. The group has sold eleven projects with a combined capacity of approximately 361 MW in its core markets of Germany, Poland, and France. The company also noted significant progress in its pipeline, having received permits for ten wind energy projects in Germany and various wind and solar projects in international markets.
