Pfizer raises 2026 revenue guidance following third-quarter earnings beat
Pfizer has raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $62 billion to $64 billion, up from its previous forecast of $60.5 billion to $62.5 billion. This adjustment follows third-quarter revenue of $16.58 billion, which exceeded analyst expectations.
The company reported that while sales of COVID-19 products, including Comirnaty and Paxlovid, declined, growth in newly launched and acquired products reached 32% operationally. Key drivers included the blood thinner Eliquis, which saw a 25% increase in sales to $2.52 billion, and the cancer therapy Padcev, which grew 55% operationally.
Pfizer also raised its adjusted earnings per share outlook to a range of $2.95 to $3.05. Alongside the financial results, the company confirmed that Cecile Guegan has officially assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, succeeding interim CFO status.
