Pforzheim Alliance for Families hosts inaugural ABC Action Day

The Pforzheim Alliance for Families is hosting its inaugural ABC Action Day to support children starting first grade and their parents. The event is scheduled for Monday, September 7, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kinderschutzbund parking lot on Tunnelstraße 33.

The program aims to prepare families for the transition to school through various activities. For children, there will be games, information on visibility for school routes and swimming pools, and a craft station for decorating jute sports bags. For parents, the event provides information on financial support for education and participation through Jobcenter employees.

Additional offerings include the distribution of second-hand school bags and healthy snack initiatives, including lunch boxes donated by the Pforzheim Enzkreis Transport Association.
