Pforzheim and Enzkreis host temporary employment fair

The Jobcenters of Pforzheim and Enzkreis held their second joint temporary employment fair at the Reuchlinhaus on October 21. The event featured 14 companies from the surrounding region, aiming to connect job seekers with potential employers in the personnel services industry.

Approximately 700 clients were invited to the fair to explore employment opportunities, working conditions, and career development prospects. Local officials, including Pforzheim Social Mayor Frank Fillbrunn and Enzkreis Social Councilor Katja Kreeb, emphasized the importance of professional entry points. They noted that temporary work can serve as a vital gateway to the labor market, facilitating social participation and providing initial professional experience despite current economic challenges.
