PFU BlueCats Ishikawa Kahoku selects new official anthem

The women's volleyball team PFU BlueCats Ishikawa Kahoku has announced that ‘BlueCats Anthem’, composed by Taku Takahashi, will serve as the club's official anthem. Takahashi, a music producer and member of m-flo, created the track as a dedicated fan of the team.

The anthem is scheduled to debut during the players' entrance at the home season opening matches on October 17 and 18. Takahashi will also appear at the opening matches in collaboration with Kahoku City to perform a DJ set. The event will feature a halftime performance by local kindergarten children dancing to a version of ‘Daisuki Nyantaro’ arranged by Takahashi.
