PGA Tour holds consecutive tournaments in Mexico

The PGA Tour is hosting two consecutive weeks of competition in Mexico following the conclusion of the Mexico Open in Vallarta. The next event, the World Wide Technology Championship, will take place from November 5 to 8, 2026, at the El Cardonal at Diamante course in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur.

Designed by Tiger Woods, the par-72 course will host a field of players competing for 500 FedExCup points and a $6 million prize pool. The tournament is a critical stage in the FedExCup Fall, with only two events remaining after this one: the Austin Championship and the RSM Classic. Players are competing to secure their status for the upcoming season.

Notable participants include Luke Donald, playing on a sponsor exemption, and Tony Finau. The tournament follows Andrew Novak’s victory at the Mexico Open in Vallarta, where Brian Campbell previously secured a win at 20 under par.
