PGE Baltica recruits staff for Baltica 2 offshore wind base in Ustka
PGE Baltica has launched a recruitment drive to assemble a team for its Ustka base, which will support the land-based components of the Baltica 2 offshore wind farm. The base will serve as a management center for the infrastructure, positioning Ustka as a key hub for Polish offshore wind energy.
The recruitment process aims to eventually employ approximately 100 people. The team will be responsible for operating the Land Transformer Station in Osiek Leborski, as well as handling planning, maritime logistics, and operational supervision of generating assets.
Target candidates include individuals with technical backgrounds in electrical engineering, experience with high voltage (HV) systems, and maritime expertise. This initiative is part of a strategic schedule to support projects deemed critical to Poland's energy security.
