PGE Dystrybucja announces management changes and recruitment updates

PGE Dystrybucja has announced changes to its management board following a decision by the supervisory board on August 21, 2026. Starting September 1, Agata Dorożalska and Jerzy Tabin will join the board as Vice Presidents. Dorożalska, formerly associated with Orlen Group and its renewable energy projects, is expected to strengthen the company's expertise in connecting new renewable energy installations to the grid. Jerzy Tabin, an economist and former director of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office, will also serve as Vice President.

The new board will be led by President Beata Kurdelska and includes Vice Presidents Andrzej Cząstkiewicz, Jacek Drozd, and Mariusz Podkański.

Separately, PGE GiEK, a major Polish energy and mining group, has announced several recruitment drives across its subsidiaries. Positions being filled include mechanics and heavy truck drivers at Betrans in Bogatynia, shift foremen at Bestgum, and electrical installers at Elmen. PGE GiEK remains a dominant force in the Polish energy sector, accounting for over 36 percent of the country's electricity production.
