Phú Quốc drives tourism real estate and APEC 2027 preparations

The tourism real estate market in Vietnam is entering a new recovery cycle characterized by higher selectivity. According to Nguyễn Thanh Ngữ, Chairman of TTC Phú Quốc, during the ‘Vietnam Tourism Real Estate 2026’ forum, future growth will depend on transparent legal frameworks, capital accessibility, product quality, and professional operational standards.

Key destinations such as Phú Quốc, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang, and Quảng Ninh are expected to see continued demand due to improving infrastructure and a growing preference for high-quality service experiences. Investors are increasingly prioritizing projects with clear legal status and real cash flow, such as the Selavia Phú Quốc project.

Simultaneously, large-scale infrastructure development is underway in Phú Quốc to prepare for the APEC 2027 summit. At the APEC Convention Center construction site, thousands of engineers and workers are maintaining progress on major structures, including a roof system designed to simulate 13 ocean waves, to ensure the region is ready to host leaders from 21 economies.
