Phú Thọ commences 7,600 billion VND multi-project complex

Phú Thọ province has officially commenced construction on a complex of five major projects in Thịnh Minh commune, with a total investment of nearly 7,600 billion VND. The projects cover a total planned area of approximately 592 hectares and aim to create a synchronized ecosystem of industry, urban living, and essential infrastructure.

The project complex includes: - Thịnh Minh Industrial Park (429.5 ha), with an investment of over 4,832 billion VND, focusing on high-tech sectors such as electronics, semiconductors, and biotechnology. - Thịnh Minh 1 Industrial Cluster (72.41 ha), with an investment of nearly 575 billion VND, targeting clean industry and supporting materials. - Phú Minh Ecological Urban Area (87.3 ha), with an investment of over 1,675 billion VND, designed for green living with integrated medical and commercial facilities. - Phú Minh Social Housing (2.79 ha), with an investment of nearly 400 billion VND, to provide housing for workers and officials. - A water supply pipeline system for Thịnh Minh commune, with an investment of 114.5 billion VND, designed to meet increasing capacity needs through 2035.

The projects are being developed by a joint venture between Dạ Hợp Trading Joint Stock Company and Thăng Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company (DragonGroup). During the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Phạm Thị Thanh Trà highlighted the province's rapid economic growth and the importance of modern infrastructure in driving future development.
