Pham Bao Son appointed to Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee

Associate Professor Dr. Pham Bao Son, currently the Vice Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has been appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term. Additionally, he has been introduced for election to the position of Vice Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the 2026–2031 term.

During the announcement ceremony held on September 23, Hung Yen Provincial Party Secretary Pham Quang Ngoc highlighted Dr. Son's expertise in education, science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. These sectors are considered vital to Hung Yen's new growth model. Dr. Son holds a PhD in Information Technology from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and has extensive experience in academic management and scientific research.
