Hanoi infrastructure projects advance with bridge and road construction

Major infrastructure projects in Hanoi are progressing, including the Tu Lien Bridge and the Pham Hung - Le Duc Tho connection road.

The Tu Lien Bridge project, with a total investment of nearly 19,830 billion VND, has completed 100% of land clearance. Contractors, including a consortium featuring Vingroup and Pacific Construction Group, are currently operating 15 construction sites. The project aims to connect Nghi Tam with Truong Sa and is targeted for completion before APEC 2027.

Meanwhile, the 1.12km Pham Hung - Le Duc Tho road project, which has faced delays for nearly a decade due to site clearance issues, is seeing renewed progress. Residents in the My Dinh area are currently dismantling homes and relocating to resettlement areas. Authorities aim to complete all land clearance by September 30, 2026, to facilitate the final connection between Ring Road 3 and Ring Road 3.5.
