Phan Thi Binh funds free medical ambulance service

Phan Thi Binh has dedicated approximately 30 years to charitable work in Vietnam, including providing essential supplies to mountainous regions. To address the lack of affordable medical transport, she sold her land in Cam Ranh to purchase a specialized, high-tech ambulance imported from Japan.

This vehicle, which serves as a free medical transport service for patients in Northern and Central Vietnam, is equipped with modern medical devices to support patients during transit. In 2019, the Hanoi People's Committee recognized her contributions with a “Good Person - Good Deed” certificate and commendation.
