Phan Thien Dinh chairs periodic citizen reception session

Phan Thien Dinh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over the periodic citizen reception session for October. During the session, officials reviewed progress on previous directives, noting that eight cases have received formal responses while one remains under monitoring.

The provincial Citizen Reception Board reported receiving 143 applications, with the highest volume of complaints related to land management, land recovery, compensation, and site clearance. Regarding administrative efficiency, provincial departments have reported results for 19 out of 62 cases on schedule, while local communes have reported 29 out of 57 cases on time.

During the meeting, a citizen raised concerns regarding the encroachment of pathways leading to a village cemetery. In response, Chairman Phan Thien Dinh instructed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with the Duc Tho Commune People's Committee to inspect the site and implement solutions to protect citizen rights.
