Pharmaserve-Lilly launches obesity awareness initiative in Larissa

Pharmaserve-Lilly is launching an experiential awareness initiative regarding obesity in Larissa, Greece. Scheduled for Saturday, October 10, at Sapka Square, the event aims to educate the public on obesity as a chronic disease rather than a matter of personal choice or willpower.

The initiative features an interactive space designed to provide a hands-on experience, allowing visitors to understand the daily challenges and emotions faced by those living with the condition. The program is part of a broader tour across four major Greek cities: Larissa, Heraklion, Patras, and Thessaloniki.

The event is supported by the Panhellenic Association for the Support of People with Obesity (Imeroessa) and the Medical Association of Larissa, emphasizing the importance of seeking professional medical guidance for managing the disease.
