Takeover Code filings reveal holdings in Picton Property, Pharos Energy, easyJet and Gamma Communications

Shore Capital Stockbrokers Ltd disclosed purchases of 13,438 ordinary shares of Pharos Energy Plc. The Vanguard Group, Inc. disclosed ownership of 23,689,031 ordinary shares (13.13 %) in easyJet plc. Investec Bank plc, acting as joint broker, reported both purchases and sales of 36,405 ordinary shares each in Gamma Communications Plc.

Separately, Jefferies Financial Group Inc filed a standard notification of major holdings for Molten Ventures Plc, indicating that voting‑right thresholds were crossed in filings made in Germany and Switzerland.
