Pharrell Williams and adidas reveal new Jellyfish and Watermoc footwear
Pharrell Williams and adidas continue their footwear collaboration with the introduction of new models following the debut of the Jellyfish sneaker. A new colorway for the Jellyfish, featuring a dark chocolate brown mesh base with cream, white, and neon green molded plastic overlays, is rumored to release in September for approximately $300.
Additionally, a new hybrid model named the Virginia Watermoc, also referred to by Williams as the ‘Starfish’, has been revealed. Designed as a slip-on that functions between an outdoor shoe and a neoprene bootie, the Virginia Watermoc is built for use in both land and water environments. The design incorporates elements from various adidas archives, including the sole unit from the 2005 Carnuba Adventure Moc. The shoe utilizes water-resistant materials such as woven nylon, mesh, and neoprene, featuring a speed-lacing system and a reinforced rubber toe cap.
