Phasmophobia launches Crimson Eye Halloween event

Kinetic Games has launched the ‘Crimson Eye’ Halloween event for the ghost hunting game Phasmophobia. The update, which included preparatory patches released around October 7, introduces seasonal content designed to increase gameplay difficulty through ‘Blood Moon weather’ and specific objectives.

Players can earn points by hunting Blood Moon totems and completing investigations across several maps, including Tanglewood Drive, Edgefield Road, Grafton Farmhouse, 13 Willow Street, Bleasdale Farmhouse, Point Hope (Standard only), Camp Woodwind, and Nell’s Diner.

Event rewards include a seasonal T-shirt, a Beholder ID Card and Badge set, and a Blood Moon charm. A Double XP and rewards period is scheduled from October 15 to October 22. Additionally, a new Seasonal Event toggle has been implemented, allowing players to enable or disable seasonal content at their discretion.
