Phat Dat Real Estate introduces Qtopia weekend city project

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (PDR) has officially introduced Qtopia, a 7.3-hectare “weekend city” project designed for entertainment, dining, and tourism. Located approximately 75 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City, the development will feature nine 20-story towers comprising tourist apartments and commercial service buildings.

The project offers various product types, including studios, one-to-three-bedroom apartments, and shophouses. A unique product line called “Aqua home” will be included, featuring a “lazy river” amenity.

Developers aim to capitalize on the “weekend economy” and “MICE economy” (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) by leveraging improved highway infrastructure in Southern Vietnam. The project’s concept is inspired by successful models like Sentosa in Singapore and Pattaya in Thailand, focusing on an all-in-one destination to meet diverse traveler needs.
