Phat Dat receives additional land for Ho Chi Minh City project
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company has been granted an additional 2,100 square meters of land to implement a project in southern Ho Chi Minh City.
The supplementary area includes 1,463.3 square meters of agricultural land converted for other uses and 678 square meters of existing residential land. This brings the total project area to 70,113.7 square meters. Within the new allocation, 1,592.3 square meters are designated for urban residential use, split between high-rise housing (1,232.4 square meters) and low-rise housing (359.9 square meters). The remaining 549 square meters are allocated for transportation infrastructure.
Phat Dat is required to pay land use fees and taxes as regulated, with land use rights extending until December 9, 2065. The company must also fulfill all responsibilities outlined in previous inspection conclusions and coordinate with local departments regarding infrastructure and land obligations.
