Phetjeeja withdraws from ONE atomweight kickboxing title defense

ONE Championship reigning atomweight kickboxing champion Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom has withdrawn from her scheduled title defense against Antonia Prifti. The withdrawal follows a hand injury sustained during training camp.

The bout was originally set for The Inner Circle 28 on Friday, August 28, at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. Due to the injury, the promotion has removed the title fight from the event card.

The cancellation is a significant setback for the Greek challenger, Antonia Prifti, as the match was intended to serve as both her promotional debut and a championship opportunity. ONE Championship has not yet announced a replacement fight or a rescheduled date for the title defense.
