Phil Collins and Oasis to meet at Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction

Phil Collins, the former Genesis front‑man, and the Gallagher brothers of Oasis will both be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Los Angeles on 14 November. The ceremony will be televised by ABC and streamed on Disney+. Collins told Mojo that the inductees have been invited to a pre‑ceremony lunch, which he expects will put him face‑to‑face with Noel Gallagher, who has called Collins “the antichrist of music” since a 1994 interview. Collins said he doubts Gallagher truly believes the label and added that he gives him “the benefit of the doubt”. Their long‑running feud has included sharp remarks and a 2007 backstage exchange involving Collins’s daughter Lily.
