Phil Collins criticizes Donald Trump in Piers Morgan interview

British musician Phil Collins expressed strong personal disapproval of US President Donald Trump during a recent interview on ‘Piers Morgan Uncensored’. Ahead of his upcoming induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist, the 75-year-old singer described the president’s manner as ‘unattractive’ and ‘nasty’.

Collins contrasted Trump with historical US presidents, suggesting that while one may disagree with a leader's politics, they typically maintain a level of elegance and respect that Trump lacks. He further remarked that Trump plays politics like a businessman and expressed concern regarding the potential for the president to attempt to bypass the two-term limit.

Despite these comments, Collins maintained that he is ‘not a political person’. He also mentioned a potential song title, ‘Fat People With Guns’, which he noted is intended to be about America.
