Heavyweight champion Phil De Fries has withdrawn from his scheduled rematch against Stefan Vojcak at KSW 121 due to a cervical spine injury. The event is set to take place on September 19 at the Home Credit Arena in Liberec, Czech Republic.

To replace De Fries, organizers have announced Marcin Wójcik as the new opponent for Vojcak. The bout will now be contested for the temporary heavyweight championship belt. Vojcak enters the fight with a 10-2 record, while Wójcik, a former light heavyweight contender, holds a 22-11 record and previously competed against De Fries in April.
