Philadelphia Hosts 2026 MLB All-Star Game and Fan Village

Philadelphia will host the 2026 Major League Baseball All-Star Game at Citizens Bank Park on July 14, the first All-Star Game in the city in 30 years. Six Phillies—Jhoan Duran, Bryce Harper, Jesús Luzardo, Brandon Marsh, Christopher Sánchez and Kyle Schwarber—make the National League roster, and Schwarber joins Harper in the Home Run Derby.

The MLB All-Star Village opens at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from July 10‑14, offering a 500,000‑square‑foot fan experience with interactive exhibits, a virtual‑reality Home Run Derby, murals reflecting Philadelphia neighborhoods, meet‑and‑greets, an auction of Tug McGraw’s 1980 World Series jersey, and daily player appearances. Tickets cost $35, with free passes for Capital One cardholders.

Aramark, the stadium caterer, held a fan vote that selected Betsy’s Banana Ice Cream Sundae and the Revolutionary Rib Melt for the week’s menu, and will showcase dishes from local Philadelphia chefs and signature foods from other ballparks. MLB and Phillies Charities will donate more than $5.5 million to local groups through the Legacy Initiative.

A speculative trade proposal has surfaced linking the Phillies with the San Francisco Giants, potentially sending two top‑10 prospects to San Francisco for outfielder Jung Hoo Lee and pitcher Robbie Ray, indicating the Phillies’ aggressive deadline strategy.
