The FBI and Philadelphia police have expanded an investigation into the residence of the late Raymond 'R. C.' Horsch, a pornographer who died in 2025. Authorities discovered over one million digital files, including approximately 70,000 videos and 600,000 photographs, at his Olney neighborhood home.

Investigators have identified at least 58 women appearing in the footage. There are significant concerns that at least five of these women are deceased, while two others remain missing. Police have also uncovered recordings that appear to be snuff films, depicting women in states of unconsciousness or injury.

The investigation gained momentum following the arrest of Horsch's son, Eugene, on unrelated charges involving weapons and forged DEA credentials. During searches of the property, law enforcement found more than 20 containers of unknown substances, industrial drums, and various weapons. Detectives are currently working to determine which recorded scenes were staged and which depict actual crimes.
