Philadelphia to Host TNA World Championship Match Between Nic Nemeth and Jeff Hardy

TNA announced that the TNA World Championship will be contested on July 30, 2026, at the Liacouras Center on the Temple University campus in Philadelphia. Reigning champion Nic Nemeth will defend the title against three‑time former champion Jeff Hardy in what the promotion calls the first ever singles showdown between the two legends for the world belt.

Nemeth captured the championship at Slammiversary on June 28 in Boston, beginning his second reign. Hardy previously held the title for a cumulative 249 days, last winning it in October 2012. The event will be broadcast live on Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC in the United States, with tickets available through Ticketmaster. The show will also feature a stacked undercard including Leon Slater, Cedric Alexander, Eddie Edwards, Moose, Mustafa Ali, Frankie Kazarian and several Knockouts such as Xia Brookside and Tasha Steelz.
