Philip Jerome jailed for stalking Billie Piper

Philip Jerome, 49, has been sentenced to 12 months in prison after pleading guilty to breaching a stalking prevention order targeting actress Billie Piper. The sentencing took place at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on August 25, 2026.

Investigators found that Jerome engaged in a persistent pattern of harassment, including posting 11 times on X (formerly Twitter) within a single month. His posts included AI-generated images and tags directed at the actress. Digital evidence also revealed several saved photographs of Piper on his mobile device.

Jerome’s fixation has spanned over a decade, involving physical mail, cards left at her residence, and incidents at public events such as Comic-Con. A search of his home uncovered extensive collections of newspaper clippings and memorabilia related to the actress. To protect Piper from the harassment, her personal assistant manages her official social media accounts to filter out unwanted contact.
