Philip Morris International reports Q3 2026 revenue growth
Philip Morris International (PMI) reported third-quarter 2026 results, with net revenue rising 5.5% to $11.44 billion. The company achieved a significant milestone as smoke-free products, including IQOS, VEEV, and ZYN, surpassed 40% of total net revenues across 110 markets.
Adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 5.4% to $2.36, exceeding previous forecasts. While e-vapor shipments via the VEEV brand surged 61.6%, the company noted decelerating growth for ZYN in the United States and faced rising cost pressures due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and operational disruptions in Ukraine.
In Europe, a study commissioned by PMI estimated the company’s economic contribution to the EU at €342.8 billion between 2021 and 2025. In Germany specifically, the company reported €7.4 billion in spending and investments, including €4.8 billion directed toward German suppliers.
