Philip Morris Japan launches IQOS SENTIA 'Passion Fruit' capsule menthol

Philip Morris Japan announced that the new heated‑tobacco stick SENTIA "Passion Fruit" capsule will be released on August 3. The product, a capsule‑filled menthol variant for the IQOS ILUMA system, is priced at ¥570 and will be sold at four IQOS stores in major cities, IQOS shops, IQOS corners in department stores, and other tobacco retailers nationwide. An online launch follows on August 5.

The addition brings the SENTIA line to 20 flavours, with two capsule‑menthol options. The capsule can be crushed to release a menthol burst combined with passion‑fruit aroma. To promote the launch, IQOSPHERE will run a points‑based lottery and exchange program starting August 5, allowing users to win prizes or swap products using earned points.
